Returns & Exchanges

At Texas Belting & Supply, we stand behind the quality of our industrial products and offer a 30-day return window for most unused, standard-sized items. Please note that custom-cut belts and modified hardware are subject to specific restocking conditions or may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated Texas distribution center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
